The Accounting Administrator will perform the monthly financial and accounting closing, and daily activities related to; Company Vehicle Accounting, Buyback Inventory Accounting, Evaluation Vehicle Accounting and Management, Asset Evaluation Reimbursement, and Fixed Asset Accounting and Management.

Major Responsibilities


Major Responsibility



Responsible for managing accounting entries and treatments of Company Vehicle Inventory , Testing/Evaluation Vehicle Inventory, Fixed Asset Inventory, and Buyback Vehicles.



Timely review and processing of vehicle and distributor plate requests, with attention to request content, policy compliance, and professionalism while communicating with all levels of leadership.



Systems and data management for accurate and timely processing and reporting of assigned vehicle category’s current value and future valuation. Responsible for securing data integrity, history maintenance and for reviewing, designing, and producing system-automated processes and reports



Timely review and payment processing of Asset Evaluation Reimbursement Requests.



Participate in periodic Inventory Physical counts and prepare ad-hoc reports; support internal and external customers, e.g., operating departments and auditors




Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance

Overall Experience

Minimum 3-5 years of progressive work experience in accounting

Directly Related Experience

SAP, JDE, AS400, Excel, Access


Working knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft software.

Experience with SAP

Excellent communication skills required (written and oral)
