Accounting Administrator is responsible for accurate and timely accounting management of Cash/AR/Liability/Investment accounts and assisting the management team with accounting decisions and analysis.

Major Responsibilities


Major Responsibility



Timely monthly closing of SG&A accounts.



Monitor completeness and accuracy the SG&A related B/S accounts.



Manage operations of Cash/AR Reconciliation, Warranty Reserve, and Investment accounts.



Develop, implement, and improve new accounting processes as necessary.



Establish and reinforce written policies, procedures and internal control points.



  • Bachelor’s degree.

Overall Experience

  • 3-5 years warranty and accounting experience at corporate level.

Directly Related Experience

  • 3-5 years accounting experience at corporate level.


Extensively experienced with accounting ERP system such as SAP and JDE
