This role will manage Kia Marketing’s Data and Analytics efforts in support of the digital channel teams. The position works with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data in Adobe Audience Manager to help increase the addressable audience and provision campaigns with strategic audience segments for omni-channel marketing. The Manager, Data and Analytics is responsible for providing analytics and data migrations to and from Adobe Audience Manager from Kia’s wider Adobe Stack and other solutions in collaboration with our media, digital website, CRM, and other relevant teams as well as supporting agencies and vendors.

Major Responsibilities

Priority 1st - 40%

Lead DMP projects with respect to the digital marketing efforts and focused on customer personalization from the DMP audiences to all the digital touchpoints where possible

Priority 2nd - 30%

Collaborate with other internal Adobe product owners on the direction of the Adobe platform and capabilities, especially as it relates to integration and utilization of Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Analytics in support of automation and personalization

Priority 3rd - 15%

Support the Director, Customer Journey in developing a marketing data strategy and architecture, assessing the department's data points and identifying opportunities for 2nd and 3rd party data

Collaborate with the Kia digital Technology Team, Autoever (HAEA) and other  relevant KMA stakeholders as well as with the main digital agency partners to improve data process and integration and usagev

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration/Marketing/Data Science or equivalent work experience required
Overall Experience
  • Minimum 7 years digital marketing experience of which at a minimum 2 years direct experience with a DMP


Other Requirements:

  • Occasional travel may be required domestically and/or internationally.
  • May need to work additional hours outside of normal business hours as required by the job, including weekends or holidays.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Directly Related Experience
  • Automotive experience desired 
  • Minimum 4 years analytics and data related experience
  • Working knowledge of DMPs and integrated marketing stacks, ideally Adobe Marketing Cloud
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (internal and external)
Strong command of data sets and CRM campaign programs
Strong agency management skills
Proactive project management style
PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
Basic knowledge in data warehousing/database technology and CRM software solutions, ideally knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud
