Summary

  • Under direct supervision of Sr. Dealer Development Manager, assist Dealer Development department with preparing new dealer launch kits, conducting reports and analysis, and supporting other operational tasks as needed.

Update New Dealer Launch Kit, utilizing and modifying existing training information available.

Create a candidate prospecting file with potential high-performing candidates.

Create and maintain Region DD spreadsheet to track all DD activities in region, including Openings, buy/sells, minor ownership changes, facilities, and signage.

Education/Certification

  • In progress of Bachelor’s degree
  • Business focus preferred

Overall Experience

  • Prior internship experience a plus

Directly Related Experience

  • Automotive knowledge or experience a plus

Skills

Excellent communication skills required (written and oral)

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint

Well organized, with the ability to complete projects as assigned
