  • Under the direct supervision of the Regional Distribution Manager, provide support for various Eastern Region Departments, field and dealer personnel.  Learn how to perform all Regional Analyst duties for the Region.

  • Assist Distribution Manager and Distribution Analyst with preparing sales reports, providing support to field and dealership personnel on a daily basis, and maintaining company vehicle inventory and files. Additional special project includes preparing for successful launch of Telluride. 

Major Responsibilities

Prepare daily sales reports for Regional staff management.  Disseminate daily sales and stock reports to regional staff.  Prepare all month-end sales report.  Complete daily ongoing distribution activities. Monthly incentive analysis. Work with Distribution Manager on special projects



Provide support to field and dealership personnel on a daily basis - supplemental orders, tracking of vehicles, wholesale returns, interest reimbursements, etc.



Work with Distribution Analyst to maintain company car inventory, maintain distribution files in an accurate, easy to identify manner, and support other departments when needed.



  • In progress of Bachelor’s degree

  • Business focus preferred

Overall Experience

  • Prior internship experience a plus

Directly Related Experience

  • Automotive knowledge or experience a plus


Excellent communication skills required (written and oral)

PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point

Experience with SAP
