Summary

Responsible for managing, planning, organizing, directing, controlling and prioritizing the regional marketing, advertising, and promotional activities, including all Digital activities, in accordance with corporate and regional objectives.  Coordinates retail dealer promotion and advertising to provide necessary interface with company sales, marketing, digital sales and advertising programs.

Manage and direct all regional marketing and advertising activities including dealer and regional promotions, new car shows and incentive programs.  Coordinate with corporate and advertising agency.  Provide dealer field support.

Manage Digital Marketing & Advertising, digital communications and digital education activities for Regional Management, Field Staff and dealers.

Manage and direct all sales staff and regional company product and sales training activities.

Coordinate regional co-op advertising funds.  Administer program to obtain highest market impact.

Prepare, monitor and maintain marketing budget within guidelines.

Education/Certification

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree from a fully accredited college or university.

Overall Experience

  • Ten years wholesale automotive experience
  • Seven years of field sales management experience
  • Two years of DSM experience
  • Five years of Regional Staff management within merchandising, marketing and/or advertising management.

Directly Related Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in marketing, merchandising and advertising at the Regional level. 
  • Proven background working with the Retail Dealer organization.
