Under the direction of the Manager, Incentive Planning & Analysis, the Senior Incentive Planning & Analysis Specialist will:

  • Monitor, analyze and report on competitor incentive actions in all segments and in individual markets throughout the nation.   Identify potential actions to improve competitiveness of KMA incentive offers.  
  • Help develop, implement and communicate KMA’s incentive programs. 
  • Review Marketing materials to ensure accuracy of incentive offers.
  • Analyze, report, and explain cost and mix of business with Kia Motors Finance for lease and loan subvention programs. 

The Specialist will coordinate and liaise with Sales Operations, Marketing, Product Planning and Regional Offices.  The position will provide ad-hoc reports and support the development of various executive and KMC presentations.  

Major Responsibilities


Major Responsibility



 Lead KMA Incentive Planning processes including development of incentive programs for approval, review of program announcements for accuracy, and distribution of program information for dealers, regions and marketing. Review  incentive  data on consumer website for accuracy.   




Monitor, analyze and report on competitor incentive actions in all segments and in individual markets throughout the nation.   Identify models and markets where KMA actions might be needed.  



Perform monthly analysis and provide management reports on cost and KMF mix.






Provide ad-hoc reports and support the development of various executive and KMC presentations as needed.  



Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience MBA preferred.

Overall Experience

5 professional years’ of experience in a corporate environment.

Directly Related Experience

Experience in Sales & Incentive planning within the automotive industry preferred.

Experience in captive finance operations strongly preferred.


Working knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft software.


Excellent communication skills required (written and oral)
