Sales Operations At Kia Motors America

Our Sales team is the engine that drives Kia Motors America forward. We are responsible for making sure Kia customers get the vehicles they want, when they want them. To do that, we manage the distribution of Kia products, whether they arrive at one of the ports, or come right off the assembly line at Kia’s state-of-the-art plants in West Point, Georgia and Nuevo Leon, Mexico. The Sales Team is also responsible for helping to negotiate the purchases and sales of Kia dealerships, ensuring that customers have excellent options for buying and servicing their Kia vehicles.

We consider dealerships to be our core customers. And our job is to help them create rewarding sales and ownership experiences for Kia customers.On a daily basis, our District Sales Managers and District Parts & Service Managers work with the dealers in their district to improve their performance and increase their profitability. They accomplish that by helping dealers develop their ordering strategy, manage their inventory, advising GMs about advertising and merchandising strategies, and working with dealers to get the most out of incentive programs.
