Service and Aftersales At Kia Motors America

Our Service and Aftersales team ensures that Kia customers are delighted with their new vehicle throughout its life – to increase the chances that their next purchase will also be a Kia. This means going above and beyond their expectations and delivering the best ownership experience possible.

Out dedication to quality is the foundation for Kia’s product confidence – backing every model with an industry-leading, 10-year / 100,000-mile warranty. When our customers come back to the dealerships, for scheduled maintenance, a warranty service, or to buy parts and accessories – that dealership experience is a key part of their relationship with us. To ensure the quality of that experience, the Service and Aftersales Team helps dealers develop their retail service business, supports dealer warranty processing and claims reimbursement, and provides comprehensive technical training and assistance for dealer service personnel through Kia University. Kia University classes are available online and in person – and include technical training for service managers and technicians, product training for sales representatives and parts-department specialists, and instruction to improve virtually every aspect of the customer experience.
