Job Description


This position is responsible for tracking and analyzing Parts & Accessory daily, monthly and annual sales, developing annual Parts & Accessories sales objectives, developing and implementing marketing and promotion strategies and programs to assist KMA in achieving Parts & Accessory Sales and Owner Service Retention objectives within allocated budget. Additionally, they are responsible for the effective launch and communication of those Service & Parts marketing programs via owner and Dealer / Field communications.  
This manager also is responsible for ensuring that marketing programs and promotions are aligned with KMA policy and corporate direction as they relate to service operations, parts policy, brand guidelines, and customer satisfaction.  Tracks and analyzes KMA parts sales trends and identifies opportunities for incremental growth.  Develops KMA parts marketing plans, budgets, and cost projections and ensures that all are maintained and adhered to.  Works to assist all KMA departments in matters related to Service and Parts marketing operations. 


Initiate, develop and maintain service, parts and accessory and retention marketing strategies and programs to increase sales and profits for KMA and our supported dealers.  Provide timely reporting and follow-up of program results and ROI.

Provide daily, monthly and annual sales results/trends/analysis with inclination toward identifying incremental sales opportunities. Provide field communications and motivation toward achieving objectives.  Develop annual Parts & Accessory sales objectives for KMA and regions.

Maintain budget controls and cost projections to insure that department operations are conducted within corporate plan.  Works with budget planning for future budget considerations.  Includes timely reporting and follow-up of sales results and program ROI.

Work with supported KMA Departments to assist, as requested, in the development of related programs for dealers and Field Managers.  



•         Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business or equivalent experience and demonstrated skill required.

 Overall Related Experience:
          Minimum 10+ years in the automotive field required, preferably at both the wholesale and retail levels.
          Dealership fixed operations experience, as well as, retail and industry knowledge is strongly preferred.           
          This would include OE dealership management, collision repair experience, independent after-sales management, and field manager exp.    


  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills required.

  • Knowledge of dealership fixed operations management processes and systems is required.

  • Excellent PC skills required (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).

  • Strong understanding of marketing concepts and mediums.

  • Negotiation skills required.

  • Knowledge of KMA parts systems encouraged.
