Job Description

SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Sr. Sales Planning & Analysis Manager, the Sales Planning Administrator will coordinate the development and distribution of timely and relevant sales reports and analytical tools to provide understanding of KMA sales performance by model, series and market. This includes effective use of business intelligence resources and consolidating inputs from Sales Operations, Distribution and Regional Offices.
 
The position manages the development and improvement of Sales Dashboards and SAP reporting with AutoEver and other departments, and also provides ad hoc reports and supports executive and KMC presentations as needed.
 
To be successful, the Sales Planning Administrator must be familiar with automotive industry data, including vehicle sales and inventory data, and must be highly capable of collect, screen, organize, and analyze the data effectively and efficiently. This is a key support position that will ensure a timely and accurate sales reporting for KMA executive management.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY

  • Coordinate development and distribution to Regions and KMA Management of monthly sales reports and analysis tools for understanding sales performance by model at the National, Regional, Market and Dealer level.  Maintain all KMA sales history. 
  • Develop and distribute the daily sales reports. Consolidate sales, shipping and inventory input from Distribution and Regions.  Distribute weekly reports and forecasts. Distributes Applications Tracking Reports.
  • Manage the development and improvement of Sales Dashboards and SAP reporting with AutoEver and other departments.
  • Support the development and distribution of Dealer sales objectives, which determine dealer cash earnings.  
  • Provide support for ad hoc reports, analyses and management presentations as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education:      

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Overall Related Experience: 

  • Minimum of 3-5 professional years' experience in a corporate environment.
