This position leads all activities involving Commercial Fleet.  Specifically, this position manages the daily operation of specific functions related to Commercial Fleet within KMA’s Sales Ops Department.  Along with the Director, assist in the development of Commercial Fleet business plan including model mix & incentive structure. Maintain and solicit relationships with Fleet Management Companies to achieve sales objectives. Oversee the tracking and monitoring of all commercial fleet vehicles throughout the order to delivery cycle to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

Strategically manage, maintain & solicit relationships with Fleet Management Companies & State Government Purchasing Departments



Assist in the development and execution of Commercial Fleet Business Plan and Sales Strategy



Oversee the allocation, tracking and monitoring of monthly Commercial Fleet Sales



Oversee monthly reporting and updates on KMA Program Vehicles



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. Master’s degree preferred.

Overall Experience

  • 10+ years’ experience in a corporate OEM environment
  • 5+ years of direct management of commercial fleet vehicle activities including vehicle sales, allocation, inventory control, vehicle repair/maintenance, vehicle record keeping and knowledge of overall commercial fleet vehicle industry. 

Directly Related Experience

  • Occasional travel may be required
  • May need to work additional hours outside of normal business hours as required by the job, including weekends or holidays
  • Perform other duties as assigned
